Thao & Donny’s wedding honored their Vietnamese heritage and also upheld their chic sense of style; with a modern photographer like Mitch Ranger they couldn’t go wrong.  Thao’s vision for the day was “Asian influenced VIP Club,” and she carried it out with elegance adding amazing details with DIY projects. This crafty bride created VIP lanyards for save-the-date cards, an adorable timeline card complete with graphics representing the events, a guestbook scrapbook, and my personal favorite thank-you cards personalized with a photo of the wedding party holding a sign saying “Cam On” which is Vietnamese for Thank-you.  The wedding party attire is unexpected and definitely steal-worthy.  Thao gave her bridesmaids a few simple rules: 1.) Find a dress that is strapless and knee-length 2.) Stick to the color scheme.  With bridesmaid dresses in a palette of girly hues ranging from fuchsia to plum to lavender, the gowns complimented the linens and colorful lights of the reception decor.  The groomsmen wore chocolate brown suits, white shoes and each boutonnière was an original, custom floral accent.  The combination of colors, textures and flowers came together beautifully to complete the theme.
